Paste a claim: a headline, an advert, a forecast, a chatbot’s answer, something someone told you. Answer the five questions. The page tells you what the walk says about it.

The five questions, and where they come from

  1. Where does the one making it stand? Everyone reads from somewhere. Step 1
  2. Does it say what would prove it wrong? A claim with no condition has nowhere to be cut. Step 5
  3. Is it prophecy, induction or deduction? Prophecy risks nothing and explains nothing. Induction risks something and explains nothing. Deduction risks something and explains why. Steps 5 to 7
  4. How sure is it allowed to be? The floor is certain. A tested claim earns confidence, and can still die. Step 8
  5. Where do its rules come from? A declared authority is Architecture A. What anyone can test is Architecture B. Step 10
